Lovely place, welcoming and very relaxing environment, very refined cuisine, definitely recommended! I highly recommend.

A welcoming, contemporary venue, the backdrop to the stone olive oil mill... but the real gem is the internal courtyard, a play of soft lighting that will guide you to your table, with minimal yet effective table settings! The wine list is essential, with plenty of quality sparkling wines. A no-frills menu (in my opinion, even overly fair prices), the freshest catch, excellent tuna tartare. The hummus with seared cuttlefish was divine! Everything was very balanced; the chef focused on the quality of the ingredients, enhancing everything with innovative cooking techniques. Kudos to the young, enthusiastic staff who welcomed and served us, always smiling and with so much passion in their eyes... We will gladly return.

We had an excellent meal at this beautiful establishment, in the heart of an intimate and charming interior terrace. The welcome was most pleasant and the service impeccable. The dishes were refined and very well prepared. It's a beautiful place to absolutely discover in Fondi. I warmly recommend it!

I'd been curious to try this restaurant located in the center of Fondi for a while, and my expectations were completely met. I recommend trying the rolls, which are truly delicious and mouth-watering. I tried the following flavors: 1. SALMON, PHILADELPHIA, AND PISTACHIO PESTO; 2. RED SHRIMP AND ZUCCHINI MARINATED IN LIME; 3. FRIED OCTOPUS AND PAPRIKA MAYONNAISE. Needless to say, I emptied the plate in no time. Not satisfied, I also ordered FRIED CALAMARI WITH LIME MAYO, one of the best I've had recently, dry and light; and then finished with a PISTACHIO SEMIFREDDO. The TUNA AND GREEN APPLE TARTARE needs improvement: it wasn't very well presented, and the ingredients were a bit disjointed. For what I consumed, the prices are absolutely fair: they are not the lowest, but every now and then it is definitely worth eating well and spending a little more.

An excellent recommendation from The Fork in the town of Fondi. I highly recommend this place both for the truly beautiful location (the garden in particular) and for the quality of the food and service. The dishes are excellent, and the sushi is excellent. The value is also excellent: we ordered three rolls (8 pieces each), one tartare, one temaki with fried calamari and lime mayo, two first courses, two glasses of wine, and two bottles of water for a total of €93. (We had Yums that were about to expire, so we paid €43.) When passing through Fondi, we will definitely return.

A truly beautiful restaurant with a pleasant, elegant, and relaxing setting, with background music creating a truly perfect atmosphere. The food was truly excellent, and the service was equally impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was just the right amount of time, without rushing you or letting years pass between courses. The dishes were unique, with excellent ingredients, beautifully plated, and the portions were just right. The sushi was truly well-made and delicious, undoubtedly thanks in part to the fish used. I was pleasantly surprised by this place and recommend it, especially as the prices are in line with the quality of the products and service.

We happened upon this enchanting location on a quiet Wednesday at the end of August and this certainly made the atmosphere even more relaxing (especially for children). Super rolls, excellent second courses... above all the calamari and swordfish meatballs. Also the desserts were remarkable. Kind staff and honest price.

Impressive location, friendly staff, excellent food. Taking advantage of the The Fork discount, the price was more than reasonable 😃. A salmon and avocado tartare, two first courses, a second course of calamari on a cream of peas and almond flakes, a black cherry semifreddo (the dessert was also really good), wine, water, and two cocktails, €68 instead of €118 thanks to The Fork 😉 Recommended!!

Excellent venue located in the historic center of Fondi, in the province of Latina. A truly beautiful location with both indoor and outdoor seating (the outdoor piazza is beautiful), very friendly staff, and excellent cocktails. I personally tried a Honey Moon and a Black Russian, and both were truly excellent. All at a fair price, in my opinion.

Delicious dinners in a splendid garden, accompanied by fast and friendly service. We've been three times and have always been satisfied. Recommendations: vary the starters; some combinations are bold and deserve recognition, but they may not be to everyone's taste. In any case, variety while keeping the menu's basics intact is always a good choice. The sushi is legendary. The tuna balls are excellent. The wine list is top-notch, but there are also excellent "budget" options.
